Managed AI employees · Pilot

A managed AI employee for your next workflow.

We set up the role, the tools, and the checks. Send a brief, review the work, and keep control of what happens next.

Every request is reviewed by the team before any offer is made.

What work can be delegated

Reports

Monthly performance reporting that combines data, explains what changed, and cites its sources.

Documents

Briefs, drafts, letters, and summaries prepared for your review before anything leaves the company.

Operations

Scheduling, follow-ups, data entry, and recurring admin work that stalls when nobody has time.

Two pilot roles

Both roles are under evaluation. They are offered as scoped pilots, not as verified experts.

Marketing / SEO Reporting

Pilot

Turns search and analytics data into a reviewed monthly report with sourced recommendations.

Good fit for
Agencies and in-house teams that publish content and need reporting that is consistent, sourced, and ready to review.
Minimum input
Read-only access to search console or an exported data file, plus the reporting period.
Sample result
Monthly report: metrics table, explanation of changes, source list, prioritised recommendations.

Executive / Admin Operations

Pilot

Handles scheduling, drafting, follow-ups, and document work with explicit approval before any external action.

Good fit for
Founders and small operations teams with recurring admin work and one person who can approve results.
Minimum input
A written brief per task, plus the business context the employee needs to work.
Sample result
Drafted letter, meeting scheduling with conflict resolution, and a follow-up list.

How a managed employee is set up

No activation promise. Setup depends on scope, data access, and review.

  1. 01

    Choose the workflow

You pick one jobdesk to start with. We confirm it is a fit for a scoped pilot.

  2. 02

    Share business context

You provide the company facts, tone, and constraints the employee must respect.

  3. 03

    Confirm tools and permissions

You approve which data the employee can read, and what it may never do on its own.

  4. 04

    Review the first result

The employee delivers work for your review. Nothing external happens without your approval.

Work you can inspect

Every sample shows its inputs, its checks, and its sources. Nothing is presented as a live customer result.

Brief

Monthly report, October. Source file supplied with the brief. Period and scope stated.

Sources

Supplied dataset only. No external lookup, no invented figures.

Output

Metrics table, explanation of change, open questions, prioritised recommendations.

Checks

Figures traced to source rows. Missing periods flagged rather than smoothed.

You keep control

Pause at a checkpoint, revise the brief, approve an external action, inspect results. Each control is explained.

Pause at a checkpoint

Stop the work between steps when the brief or the data changes.

Revise the brief

Correct scope and inputs without starting over from a blank page.

Approve external actions

Sending, publishing, or committing to a third party always waits for you.

Inspect results

Open the delivered artifact, its checks, and its source list.

Approval demo. No external action is taken.

How we evaluate a role

A role is only offered after it clears a written evaluation. We publish the method, not a marketing percentage.

  • A held-out set of tasks that the role has never been tuned on.
  • A written rubric per task: what a passing result must contain.
  • Deterministic checks for factual grounding and boundary behaviour.
  • Explicit tests for refusing to invent data and for stopping at scope limits.
  • Reviewed by a practitioner before the role is described as ready.

Practitioner review is still pending for both pilot roles. Until it completes, they are offered as scoped pilots.

Pricing and scope

No public price list during the pilot.

Pilot scope

One workflow, agreed capacity and service hours, confirmed in writing.

Quoted per scope

Managed employee

Ongoing role with connectors, checks, and escalation. Available after the pilot gates clear.

Trust and data handling

We describe the controls that exist today. Anything not yet in place is stated as a pilot principle instead of a promise.

Human approval for external actions

The employee prepares work; a person authorises anything that leaves the company.

Scoped data access

Access is granted per task and can be revoked. Connectors are read-only unless you approve otherwise.

Reviewable output

Deliverables carry their inputs, checks, and sources so you can verify them.

No professional substitution

We do not present the employee as a licensed legal, tax, or medical professional.

Your controls, without an account

Revoke a connector, request a copy or deletion of your data, or report a security incident from this page. No login is required to start any of those requests.

Certifications, uptime guarantees, and published response times are not claimed during the pilot.

Questions

What exactly is a managed AI employee?

A defined jobdesk that VIRTU sets up and operates for you: context, tools, checks, and an escalation path. You send briefs and review results. It is not a chatbot you configure yourself.

Which roles are available now?

Two pilot roles: Marketing/SEO Reporting and Executive/Admin Operations. Additional roles are only offered after they pass evaluation.

What does it cost?

Pricing is confirmed per scope during the pilot. We do not publish a number that later grows through hidden fees.

What are the working hours?

Service hours are agreed per package. Work outside those hours is quoted separately.

Can I use WhatsApp or Telegram?

Channel delivery is planned and gated. During the pilot, tasks and results are exchanged through the agreed channel in your scope document.

How is quality checked?

Each role carries a written rubric and a held-out evaluation set. We share the evaluation method, not a marketing percentage.

What data do you need?

The minimum needed for the scoped task. You approve access per connector and can revoke it.

What happens if a result is wrong?

You request rework. A failed check is recorded and does not count as a passed result.
