How it works

How it works

One managed loop: brief, work, check, review, approve.

  1. 01

    You send a brief

A short description of the task, the inputs, and what a good result looks like.

  2. 02

    The employee works

It follows its role skill: workflow, checklist, and output contract.

  3. 03

    Checks run

Deterministic checks and a written rubric run before anything reaches you.

  4. 04

    You review

You accept, request rework, or stop the work at a checkpoint.

  5. 05

    External actions wait

Anything that leaves the company needs your approval first.

What the employee will not do

  • Invent data that was not supplied.
  • Commit the company to a third party without approval.
  • Replace a licensed legal, tax, or medical professional.
  • Act outside the scope agreed in your brief.

What the clock means

Queued

Waiting for a slot. No work has started, and you can still change the brief at no cost.

Active work

The employee is working on the task. This is the time you are paying for.

Waiting on you

Work is paused until you approve, answer a question, or review the result. This time is not billed as active work.
