When you submit the pilot form: your name, work email, company, the workflow you describe, and any context you write. If analytics are enabled with your consent, we record page-level events without the contents of your brief.

Why we collect it
To review your pilot request, to reply, and to keep an operations record of the request.
What we do not collect
No attachments at this stage. No phone number. No data from one company is shared with another.
How long we keep it
Unconverted pilot requests are retained for 90 days by default, then removed. Retention values are pilot defaults and are reviewed before commercial launch.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask for correction, or ask for deletion by emailing us. Access can be revoked at any time.
Analytics and consent
Non-essential analytics only run after you consent. Declining does not restrict any part of the site.
